Marcus is the Principal Consultant at TASC Enterprises Limited and is also the Marketing Director at Calibra Solutions Limited. He brings experience and training in both marketing and finance.
Marcus has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Studies, with a particular focus on Marketing and Finance from the University of the West Indies. He is also a past pupil of Queen's Royal College.
Marcus was a Marketing assistant at Alstons Marketing Company Ltd. He managed four International brands, namely Mc Cain, Maple Leaf, Target and Bertolli. Prior to Alstons, he was a Project and Research Co-ordinator with Res Consulting Limited. He has also worked with the West Indian Tobacco Company Limited in the Finance Department. Before doing his degree he was employees at Mark Castillo Toney & Company (presently Panell Kerr Forster) as a Staff Accountant, doing financial audits.

A Graduate of Management (BSc.) and Marketing (MSc.), Lincoln is also a Doctoral Candidate at the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business and is currently completing a thesis that focuses on the internalisation and the development of innovation in firms within small island developing states within the Caribbean.
As a former councillor (2016-2017) and an aspiring academic, he has represented Trinidad and Tobago at the colloquium of Commonwealth Local Government in Malta where he presented his paper entitled "A Derivative of the Triple Helix Way to stimulate innovation and efficiency in the operations of the Arima Borough Corporation." In this paper Lincoln adapted the Triple Helix concept for use within the local government context within Trinidad and Tobago and showed its introduction can lead to heightened efficiency and innovation.
A consultant for over a decade, he has helped firms in the United Kingdom, Jamaica, Barbados and in his native country in the areas of Human Resource Management, Strategy, Marketing, Innovation and Entrepreneurship. He is one of the founding members of Winnow Consultants and Associates Ltd. and an educator at the University of the West Indies Open Campus. Lincoln Bobb is an innovator who embodies principled leadership. He is committed to empowering those he leads, as well as, fostering mutually beneficial relationships with clients and partners.

Hyacinth Simms is a senior consultant at TASC enterprises and is an accountant in public practice. She has performed audits of financial statements of various companies in Trinidad and Tobago and across the region and brings to the table in depth experience in internal and external audit and taxation issues.
Hyacinth Simms holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine. She has over twenty-eight (28) years of post-qualification experience, seven years of which has been as Audit Manager of Mark Castillo Toney & Co., Chartered Accountant now Pannell Kerr Forster, during which time she has been involved in audits and accounts assignments embracing a wide spectrum of business activity in Trinidad & Tobago.
Hyacinth has also worked as a Financial Analyst, MCT and Associates Limited and was responsible for the preparation and analysis of financial schedules, performance of due diligence exercises and for providing advice to foreign clients about the business environment in Trinidad and Tobago.
